您的 **Health Trio Connect 门户** 允许您在线管理您的健康保险计划。请按照以下步骤登录、恢复帐户、更改主要护理提供者，以及下载您的保险卡

如何注册账户

1. 访问 **Health Trio Connect 门户** 注册页面：:

2. 按页面提示完成注册流程。您也可以参考相关设置指南帮助完成注册。:

### 无法登录怎么办？

如果您在登录时收到错误提示，这通常意味着该邮箱已有账户：

- 返回登录页面：
  
  [https://jhp.healthtrioconnect.com/app/index.page?xsesschk=](https://jhp.healthtrioconnect.com/app/index.page?xsesschk=)
- 点击 **“忘记用户名（Forgot Username）”**
- 系统会将用户名发送至您的注册邮箱（与 Pennie 帐户使用的邮箱相同）
- 收到用户名后返回登录并按照提示重置密码。
- ```
  您可以联系 Jefferson Health (877) 814-9909
  ```

 

### 如何更改主要护理医生（PCP）

登录后：

1. 点击 **“我的医生（My Providers）”**
2. 选择 **“更新（Update）”**
3. 选择新的主要护理医生并保存更改

### 如何获取您的保险卡

查看或下载您的保险卡：

1. 点击 **“我的健康计划（My Health Plan）”**
2. 选择 **“保险卡请求（ID Card Request）”**
3. 点击 **“打印（Print）”**
   
   您也可以将保险卡另存为 PDF 文件，以便分享或保留。
